Indonesia; Navy orders Dutch SIGMA Corvette

Indonesian Navy signed an order with Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding for the construction and supply to the Indonesian Navy of a 2,400-ton corvette light frigate based on the Dutch company's SIGMA 10514 design.
the contract is valued at $220 million and calls for Damen to transfer technologies to shipbuilder PAL Indonesia to enable it to build sections of the ship.
